The hotel had beautiful and clean rooms with various areas to enjoy, but they were slightly small. Keeping the rooms at a high temperature to avoid humidity led to water dripping from the walls. The location was great, close to many attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The facilities were well-maintained and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is wonderfully located just minutes away from the beach and in close proximity to everything happening in the City of San Juan. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making the stay top-notch for the price paid. The service provided is extremely friendly and helpful, offering a range of amenities to enhance the overall experience. Dining options may be limited, but the hotel excels in providing a pleasant stay with its great location and friendly service.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, from Old San Juan to Isla Verde. The rooms were nice and clean, equipped with everything I needed, but they didn't quite match the pictures. The service was exceptional, always pleasant and super helpful. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, especially with cold scrambled eggs, but the amenities and the pool area were top-notch.
